Refund Policy

This policy explains the 30-day return and exchange program, merchant-paid return shipping, defect remedies, cancellations, and refunds offered by NeeDoh to U.S. customers.

Returns and Exchanges Within 30 Days

An eligible purchase can be returned or exchanged without cause during the 30-day period following receipt.

Authorization, Packing, and Address

Unless we approve another destination in writing, send the authorized return to 2954 N 13th St, Kansas City, Kansas, 66104, United States. Items sent without authorization may not be accepted.

Pack the item securely and include its components and original packaging when reasonably possible. Handling beyond what is reasonably needed to inspect the product may affect the available remedy where law permits.

Items Normally Excluded

Custom or personalized products, clearance or Final Sale items, gift cards, and opened intimate, personal-care, or hygiene-sensitive goods are not eligible for a no-reason return.

These exclusions never reduce rights or remedies for merchandise that is damaged, defective, wrong, incomplete, or missing, and they do not limit non-waivable rights under applicable law.

Return Shipping at Our Expense

The merchant bears the return-shipping cost for approved no-reason requests and for goods that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or with items missing. NeeDoh will issue prepaid instructions or another no-cost method.

Receiving Your Refund

After receipt and inspection, an approved refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days; the financial institution may need additional posting time.

A cancellation may be requested before the order ships. Once shipment has occurred, the request is handled under this Refund Policy.
